If it doesn’t improve guest experience, nightly rate, occupancy or review quality, it doesn’t make the cut. We design exclusively for short-term rental property. Three routes in, depending on where your property starts.
Back-to-Brick
Full renovation from a stripped-back shell or tired existing condition to a guest-ready home. Layout, finishes, joinery and M&E resolved as one project, then furnished to completion. The deepest intervention, for the highest uplift.
Furnishing & Fit-out
A complete furniture and fit-out package for properties that don’t need structural work. Every item specified for durability, photography and guest experience, installed and styled to handover standard.
Styling & Staging
A targeted styling layer for a space that’s already strong. We lift it to brand standard so it photographs well and books.
